yes but after a point - agression as a means to survival of one constitutes an impediment to the survival of another. (the principle of 'harm' in natural law.)

Interesting. Is the jungle cat's instinct to 'inflict harm' by killing a waterhog for dinner to survive unacceptable under 'natural law'.

The hunter is a kind of check upon the eco system without whom things will slip out of balance.

Natural Law applies only to humans.
But where degredation of the ecosystem amounts to harm to the existence and future xstnce of the h race, then again ...
