Maybe it's me, my time, or all the sf blogs ive been dipping into of late or maybe its the balmed book - joy luck. all very quaint and relatable but 1/2 way through could no longer humor the attempts at humor, just deadpanned tan. and leaving it at 3/4th not to be picked up again. think i'll gift it to a friend and expect something better in return. Y tells me she's got this encyclo of myths, alchemy and something else - so lets see shall we? Meanwhile have gratefully resumed Autobio of an unknown Indian.
